7 Fat Loss Foods That Are Easy To Prepare

Some people may think that abs are made in the kitchen but others realistically, abs are destroyed in the kitchen, the drive through, and any other place you get food. When it comes to your diet, the only way you can succeed is to plan for the inevitable. Realistically, it’s hard to plan your very own nutrition meal. Life can get in the way. You will feel unmotivated and lazy at times, which is why I have 7 “fat loss” foods that are simple, quick, and easy- and help you get leaner. You can use these when you’re in a hurry or just feeling lazy. These foods will keep you on track.

1. Rotisserie Chicken

They are slow-cooked and pretty much available anywhere. They’re instant and a great source of protein. If you’re ever in a hurry, just pair this chicken with any vegetable of your choice.

2. Pre-Cooked Chicken Sausages

Try different brands such as Trader Joes and Al Fresco. The best part is that they are already cooked so you just heat them up and they’re great for when you are in a hurry.

3. Plain Greek Yogurt

Try not to purchase the kind with fruit in it already. They tend to have higher sugar content. The plain flavor, however, has two times as much protein and half as much carbohydrates. This is a snack you can enjoy at all times of the day.

4. Plain Kefir

This is fermented milk. The consistency is in between cream and yogurt. Almost comparable to drinkable yogurt. The natural versions have 1:1 ratio of protein to carbohydrates. It also has many pro-biotics that are really good for your digestive system. It can be a great morning meal.

5.Pre-Cut Vegetables

Even though cutting vegetables is great for you, it can be time consuming. Thankfully, grocery stores are carrying more vegetables that are pre-cut. Almost every vegetable should be able available to you. You can eat these raw as well as roast them.

6. Smoked Salmon

Free of carbohydrates, protein, and fat. Trying this will make you second guess whether it is even a diet food because it is so good.

7. Cheese Sticks

Very protein rich and easy to take anywhere. There are also a variety of different kinds of cheeses you have to choose from. You can easily put these with fruit or salad of your choice.
